Odena Baptist Church is blessed with a great group of Senior Adults who enjoy the spirit of sweet fellowship between brothers and sisters in Christ. Our Senior Adults meet each month to experience God's blessing through fellowship. This can involve a simple lunch in the family life center or taking a bus trip as an extended one -two day trip for leisure and recreation. Believe me this group never slows down. Their strength is clearly supplied by anointing of the Holy Spirit. Our Seniors welcome others in the community to join our group for great fun and fellowship. Come joins us here at Odena Baptist Church.

2010 Valentine Banquet

Odena's Valentine Banquet this year was a great success. Because of snow the night we were suppose to have it, the banquet had to be moved to the following Sunday, after our morning services. Jerry Culver, Glenn Hamilton, and Danny Courson stepped in and provide the entertainment after our original entertainment could not re-schedule for our date. With the help of many of our ladies, Brenda Thornton was in charge of planning and preparing a wonderful and delicious meal while Portia Jacobs was in charge of an outstanding decorating job. Our church youth provided both child care and meal and beverage serving services. Many thanks to all the ladies, gentlemen and youth that were involved in making this event the huge success that it was! Below are a few of our many valentine couples who attended!

Pigeon Forge

A group of Senior Adults from Odena Baptist spent a wonderful week of fun, fellowship and Bible study in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee this November.

Everyone had a great time and Brother Danny did a great job with our Bible study from the book of James, while Trish Wesson (as usual) did a fantastic job of putting our trip and activities together... Thanks so much to both Brother Danny and Trish!
